I hope you enjoyed this real estate run-down. It should give you some insight into my approach and what to expect when working with me. As you can see, I’m a fan of the pain now instead of pain later approach to life. What does that mean in regards to real estate? Talking about the hard stuff first! Typically, the hard stuff revolves around money or having unrealistic expectations about opening a business. This can be a sensitive subject for a lot of people, but if we don’t talk about it now, then we run the risk of wasting a lot of time down the road. Trust me, I’ve been there.
